Chef Kire is a Certified Chef de Cuisine, the highest professional designation in the career ladder for chefs in Canada. He has over 20 years of experience in hotel and resort management and is currently a part-time professor at Humber College in Toronto. To many, he is a respected chef, culinary teacher, mentor, and a well-connected industry leader who is a change management champion. Kire competed in the Culinary Olympics against 50 other countries winning Gold for Canada with Humber College. In 2022, Sienna Senior Living welcomed Chef Kire to the long-term care operations team where he currently works side by side with our leaders and frontline teams to bring to life our vision of becoming Canada’s Most Trusted and Most Loved Seniors’ Living Provider.
