  • Tuesday, April 8, 2025 | 7:00 am - 10:00 am (Hand Carry Items Only)

Trade Show Open:

  • Tuesday, April 8, 2025 | 10:45 am - 5:45 pm (4:45 pm - 5:45 pm : Happy Hour)
  • Wednesday, April 9, 2025 | 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Dismantle & Move-Out:

  • Wednesday, April 9, 2025 | 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

CAUTION

There may be companies soliciting our participants by offering to access to Together We Care 2025 Convention distribution/Member List. TWC has no arrangement with any external organizations and we recommend you forward any emails of concern to togetherwecareexpo@andlogistix.com. Companies who have contacted our participants in the past include PRO LEAD SELECTION.

Only emails from @OLTCA.com @orcaretirement.com or @andlogisitix.com should be considered valid

  • Any furnishings, carpet, electrical, internet etc., will be ordered by you at your own expense.
  • We will send those details closer to the conference.
  • If you wish to provide your own furniture or carpet, please feel free.
  • Each 10×10 exhibit includes two exhibitor badges (no access to sessions). The exhibitor badge includes access to the Exhibit Hall, breaks and lunch both days. 

10 X 20 Booth

  • Included in each 10×20 exhibit space is the pipe and drape only.
  • Any furnishings, carpet, electrical, internet etc., will be ordered by you at your own expense.
  • We will send those details closer to the conference.
  • If you wish to provide your own furniture or carpet, please feel free.
  • Each 10×20 exhibit includes four exhibitor badges (no access to sessions). The exhibitor badge includes access to the Exhibit Hall, breaks and lunch both days.

  • Each 10×30 exhibit includes six exhibitor badges (no access to sessions). The exhibitor badge includes access to the Exhibit Hall, breaks and lunch both days. 

20 X 20 Booth

  • Included in each 20×20 exhibit space is the pipe and drape only.
  • Any furnishings, carpet, electrical, internet etc., will be ordered by you at your own expense.
  • We will send those details closer to the conference.
  • If you wish to provide your own furniture or carpet, please feel free.
  • Each 20×20 exhibit includes eight exhibitor badges (no access to sessions). The exhibitor badge includes access to the Exhibit Hall, breaks and lunch both days. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received before February 3, 2025 will be subject to a $100 admin fee.
  • No refunds will be made after February 3, 2025.
  • If we have not received full payment by February 1, 2025, your booth space may be cancelled at the discretion of the Together We Care 2025 Organizing Committee.
