Transforming Tomorrow: Elevating Food Service Education for LTC
Description
Struggling to find comprehensive dietary education material for new and existing staff? Join us for a workshop about a new dietary education initiative that helps team members learn about food service, diets, and making mealtimes safe and enjoyable for residents. Hear about the co-design of eLearning courses and suggestions for implementing courses with teams. Learn how eLearning can be used as the base for onboarding and annual education and built upon through in-person skill development. Apply learnings from the session and contribute to identifying priorities for additional food and nutrition topics for future courses.
