With speakers consisting of leading industry participants, the session discusses best practices seen and applied by these organizations, their peers and/or clients in terms of financing seniors and LTC housing. Using actual projects as examples and current market conditions (i.e. ministry payments and subsidies, building costs and contracting methods, interest rates and financing strategies) as frameworks to share with the audience practical approaches to making project's economically feasible and successful. Whether audience members are first-time operators or multi-facility owners, this workshop/panel will appeal to both for-profit and non-profit seniors and LTC stakeholders.
