Description
This session will offer insights into implementing a menu style change and examine the process used by one long term care home to change their menu style and overhaul their menu delivery process. Driven by the new Fixing Long Term Care Act, the session will review the updated menu planning Regulations allowing for provision of a one main entrée option.
