E15 Group is a leading research and data analytics company that explores consumer preferences and behaviours surrounding food and beverage across a range of industries in the U.S. and Canada, including retirement and independent living communities. In this session, E15 will be discussing recent research they conducted among current and future residents of independent living communities in Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia. Consisting of a quantitative survey, the research explored residents’ preferences related to food and beverage, amenities, technology, service styles, and more, uncovering the priorities held by these populations to inform strategic, data-driven solutions for independent living.
