Lisa Raffoul is an Implementation Lead for the Essential Care Partner Support Hub at the Ontario Caregiver Organization. For over 25 years, she has worked with human service organizations, healthcare professionals, and caregivers to recognize opportunities for “partnership” as a key ingredient for strengthening social and health outcomes for people. Lisa is a program innovator, storyteller, and coach. She played a leading role in establishing the Designated Care Partner program at Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare in Windsor, Ontario, to be one of the first programs of its kind. Lisa joined the team at the Ontario Caregiver Organization in July 2023 and is pleased to share her expertise across the province.
Lisa is a certified teacher with an (Hons) Bachelor of Human Kinetics and a Bachelor of Education, both from the University of Windsor. She also holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor and Stitt Feld Handy Law Firm in Toronto, Ontario and a Graduate Diploma in Catholic Bioethics from St. Paul University in Ottawa, Ontario. Lisa credits her lived experience as a caregiver to be one of her most significant teachers.
