He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from York University, along with certifications in environmental management, occupational health and safety, and quality improvement. This robust educational foundation complements his hands-on expertise, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of operational excellence in healthcare settings.

As Vice President of Operations at Primacare Living Solutions, Niklas leads initiatives in program development, budget management, and innovation, ensuring adherence to industry standards while promoting leadership growth across the organization. His role also involves engaging stakeholders and driving business development, with a particular focus on stabilizing and enhancing long-term care homes.

In his previous role as Regional Director for Extendicare Canada in the GTA, Niklas managed multiple facilities, ensuring high performance and regulatory compliance while advancing advocacy efforts for the sector. Beginning his career in environmental management, he introduced impactful quality assurance programs that reduced costs and elevated compliance. Later, as Administrator for Extendicare Bayview, he led the home’s strategic transition from development to operation, recruiting leadership teams and launching resident-centered initiatives, including the national REACH Council.
