Ruben is a Registered Nurse and leader with over 20 years of experience across the healthcare sector. He is passionate about continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice and is interested in creating avenues that lead to an equitable health system with a focus on healthy aging, aging in place and aging in the community.

Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Business Analytics and a Doctorate in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix with a research focus on the development leaders in Long-term Care.
