Sydney Taylor is a Project Manager, Implementation, at AGE-WELL and is supporting envisAGE, a project co-led by AGE-WELL and MEDTEQ+. She has a passion for improving people’s well-being and working on collaborative teams to find innovative solutions to address health needs. Prior to her current role, she was the Operations Lead at The Prosperity Project and Program Director at the YMCA GTA. She obtained her Master of Health Science in Translational Research degree from the University of Toronto with a collaborative specialization in Women’s Health. She is pursuing her Level One Implementation Support Specialist certification from The Centre for Implementation.
