Julie Parcells is a registered nurse who has spent 18 years working in the long-term care and retirement setting. She has supported LTC homes across Ontario assisting teams with risk mitigation, developing individualized plans of care, and supporting quality improvement initiatives in the homes to enhance resident care. She completed the Geriatric Certificate Program which compliments her interest in dementia care and supporting residents with responsive behaviours.  Julie is currently a Quality Risk nurse for AON Inc. supporting LTC including a new home development.
