This session highlights Jarlette Health Services’ ongoing journey to support diversity in its resident-focused, resident-led homes through the development of a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program across its long-term care and retirement homes. It outlines a coordinated yet collaborative approach led by the Director of People, Engagement and Culture (PEC), in partnership with Diversity Leaders within each home and the Diversity Café Committees. Attendees will gain insight into how these leaders guide and support homes through continuous education, resource sharing, awareness-building, engagement, and celebration, while contributing to the development of an organization-wide DEI Roadmap.
