This presentation reviews Ontario Ministry of Long Term Care inspection reports from mid 2024 to mid 2025 for all concerns related to dietary services in LTC, including dining room service, food service processes, clinical concerns, staff/resident safety, infection control, and more. Inspection reports from approximately 22% of all LTC homes in Ontario are included.
