This session will explore Family Council Ontario’s (FCO) new leadership resources, including interactive workshops and a toolkit designed for leadership teams in care communities. FCO will share feedback from program participants and highlight how leadership teams can benefit from the program. Through facilitated discussion, participants will also examine practical tools that can be used to begin building a strong foundation for an effective Family Council within their care community.
