This presentation will share the experience of Meighen Health Centre of the Salvation Army in Canada as it addresses high-priority workforce challenges such as reducing workplace injuries and accommodating increased requests for modified duties to retain and support experienced staff. In collaboration with GlobalDWS, a leading systems integrator and technology solutions provider, Meighen Health is being proactive in improving workflows while maintaining quality of care for residents. Meighen Health will also share the creative ways they have funded new technology projects (cargo delivery robots, connected sensors and AI-enabled note-taking applications) to streamline operations and improve working conditions for staff.
