This interactive session will identify common challenges that arise for care teams in utilizing the BSO-DOS©, and allow participants to share their team’s specific challenges. The BSO-DOS© accompanying resources will be explored, identifying their role in supporting struggles with completing and analysing the BSO-DOS©. Participants will leave with an action plan to support the consistent and meaningful use of the BSO-DOS©.
