As Ontario’s Long‑Term Care and Retirement Home sectors enter a period of rapid modernization, nutrition and food service teams are navigating unprecedented change. This high‑impact opening session offers a “Sector Snapshot” and “Industry Trends Overview” in nutrition and food service across the province.
