Her niche is in developing marketing & communications strategies and programs which resonate with the 55+ consumer, with a special emphasis on older adults in the accommodation & care sector. Through Greenhouse, she and her seasoned colleagues provide services ranging from brand development and product positioning, to marketing plan development including advertising, community outreach, direct mail, public relations and collateral materials.
Heather has served as President & CEO of Greenhouse since 2007, the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Revera, Vice President of Marketing for Lifestyle Retirement Communities, Director of Marketing for the Dynacare Health Group and the Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for Beacon Hill Lodges.
