Sydney Taylor leads AGE-WELL's implementation support programs. As a Program Manager with a specialization in implementation, Sydney is passionate about sharing best practices with operators and innovators to set up innovations for long-term success. At AGE-WELL, Sydney has worked with operators in LTC, assisted living, and retirement living to assist them in their needs assessment and implementation of technologies. As part of envisAGE, an initiative co-led by AGE-WELL and MEDTEQ+, she supports technology integration into community organizations that provide services to older adults. She obtained her Master of Health Science in Translational Research degree from the University of Toronto and is pursuing her Implementation Support Specialist certification from The Centre for Implementation.
