Katrina Anciado RD started her career in the food industry and then as a Registered Dietitian consulting in multiple Long-Term Care Homes. Her passion is connecting with people through food! In her current role as the Seasons Care Senior Corporate Dietitian for several Long-Term Care Homes in Ontario, Katrina is involved in CQI initiatives, supporting and mentoring Consulting Registered Dietitians as well as Food and Nutrition Managers. Katrina has had a colourful career to date as she was the 2021 recipient of Dietitians of Canada Membership Award in Leadership, as well as the 2023 recipient of the Marie Taylor Award for Excellence in Long Term Care, Seniors Nutrition and Dietetic Practice. Katrina continues to champion a liberalized approach and for quality of life when contributing to policies that affect 3500+ Residents across the province of Ontario.
