LeighAnne Voll is the Chief Operating Officer at Seasons Retirement Communities. For over thirty years, Ms. Voll has held various positions within the senior housing sector. This has given Ms. Voll extensive experience in all aspects of operations, acquisitions, development, asset management, marketing, leasing, and navigating the regulatory environment. Ms. Voll joined the company in 2010 and developed its customer service and sales platforms. Ms. Voll oversees the Employee Services, Operations, and Marketing functions at Seasons. Before Seasons, Ms. Voll was Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT. Ms. Voll earned a BA from McMaster University and has a Teacher’s Certificate in Adult Education.
