Ryan grew up in the senior living industry and worked in communities his whole life. Ryan began his professional career working in commercial insurance with a focus in senior living and healthcare before moving into Operations for AgeWell Living, now AgeWell- Solvere where he began as a manager in training before. After some time in community operations Ryan was promoted to Director of Administration & Risk Management where he oversaw financial, HR and Risk management processes before coming to Accushield. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Accushield Ryan works with HealthCare operators to find solutions to make communities and facilities more efficient and secure.
