Lisa Davis is Chief Nursing Officer at Primacare Living Solutions, where she leads clinical operations across the organization’s long-term care homes. A registered nurse for over 30 years, Lisa has held progressive leadership roles including Director of Care, Administrator, and Senior Director of Care, with experience in both long-term care and acute care.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trent University, a Nursing Diploma from Fleming College, and an Infection Prevention & Control Certificate from Queen’s University. Lisa has also completed the Keystones Apex Certificate through Simulation Canada, specializing in simulation program design and implementation.
At Primacare People Institute, Lisa is driving innovation in workforce development through simulation training, blending people-focused leadership with practical tools that improve staff confidence, engagement, and resident outcomes.
