As a key leader within the organization, Sarah works alongside her mother to expand ONESource across Canada, empowering franchise owners to build meaningful, community-focused businesses rooted in compassion and professionalism.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Supply Chain and Data Analytics from the University of Windsor. Her background in real estate, construction development, and student leadership has given her a strong operational and strategic foundation that she now applies to scaling an emerging franchise system.
