Stephanie Sanborn has over 30 years of experience in seniors housing across Long-Term Care and Retirement Living sectors in Ontario. Starting as a frontline caregiver, she progressed through Administrator and General Manager roles in both rural and urban communities before moving into senior leadership. She served as VP of RH Operations and corporate Director of Operations overseeing operations for two operators in Ontario.

She is currently the Senior Director of Innovation and Education at Seasons Retirement Communities, leading initiatives that strengthen care quality, staff development, and person-centered practices.

Stephanie holds a B.A. and a Master of Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, along with a diploma in gerontology and certifications in management and dementia care. She also serves on the board of a long-term care centre, the RHRA Stakeholder Advisory Council, and chairs the Education Committee for the Ontario Retirement Communities Association.
