Kaitlyn is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University. She began her career as a clinical dietitian in long-term care, where she developed a deep appreciation for the role nutrition plays in enhancing quality of life for older adults. Today, Kaitlyn works as a Nutrition Services Consultant with Sysco Canada. She is passionate about making nutrition approachable, practical, and meaningful while staying current with emerging research, innovation, and evolving foodservice trends. Kaitlyn enjoys bringing nourishing meals together with great taste, emphasizing pleasurable and engaging dining experiences.
