Henry represents healthcare institutions and providers in civil liability claims and administrative law proceedings. He also advises his clients, many of whom in the senior living sector, on a variety of risk, quality, compliance and incident-related matters. Between 2013 and 2014, Henry held legal positions in the public sector, first as judicial law clerk to the Honourable Justice Catherine Kane of the Federal Court (Canada) and then as Counsel at the Constitutional Law Branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General (Ontario).
