Sean Court is currently the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Long-Term Care Policy Division. He has
been an ADM since 2019. Prior to his ADM roles, Sean held a series of management and staff
positions across several Ontario ministries, including Cabinet Office, Treasury Board, Municipal
Affairs and Housing, Labour, Health, and Education.
Sean began his OPS career in 2003 after completing his Master’s degree in International Relations
at McMaster University.
