Jeffrey Graham is the Chief Administrative Officer and Assistant Deputy Minister (CAO/ADM) of the Corporate Services Division of the Ministry of Long-Term Care and the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility. As a respected leader, Jeffrey’s priorities are focused on creating and sustaining an engaged and inclusive team, leading them in providing valued support to ministry program areas to help them achieve their mandates and commitments. Immediately prior to his current role, Jeffrey held the positions of Acting CAO/ADM of the Corporate Services Division and Director of Finance for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Long-Term Care. During his 10-year career in the Ontario Public Service (OPS), Jeffrey held roles within the Treasury Board Secretariat and in the then-Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Prior to joining the OPS, Jeffrey’s career included the positions in public policy communications and public relations and government relations.
During his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys a mix of country and urban living with his husband, Bruce, chasing after his energetic border collie, and participating each summer in a long-distance cycling charity event from Toronto to Montreal.
