Michèle Sanborn has over 25 years of experience in the Ontario Public Service, with roles that span policy development, operational service delivery, corporate management, and oversight of agencies and administrative authorities.She has held leadership roles across several ministries, including serving as Assistant Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery in the consumer protection and public safety sector. She also spent over a decade working on priority healthcare initiatives at the Ministry of Health. Since December 2023, Michèle has served as the Assistant Deputy Minister of Policy, Programs and Strategic Partnerships at the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility, which delivers key programs and policies supporting seniors and advancing accessibility across Ontario.
