Jas Grewal is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with 20 years of dedicated experience in long term care. With a strong foundation in gerontology nursing and a person-centered leadership approach, Jas has excelled in leading interdisciplinary teams in providing high quality resident-centered care. In her role as Vice President, Resident Care and Services, Jas oversees resident care, clinical programs and support services, as well as dietary and environmental services for AgeCare communities. She has a deep understanding of Ontario’s long-term care system, regulatory requirements and funding models, and is known for her strategic acumen and her ability to oversee the operational and clinical aspects of long- term care clinical applications and redevelopment projects.
