Amrit Chhoker, BASc., RD is a Sr. Manager of Nutrition and Wellness with Marquise Hospitality.  She is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in long term care where she has been passionate about improving the quality of life for residents.  In her current role she is responsible for menu and nutrition management software, operational support, wellness, and quality management. Most recently she has been working on initiatives to enhance the dining experience for our residents including those with specific dietary needs such as requiring texture modified diets.  Her passion for senior's nutrition has resulted in volunteering with various organizations on advocacy work i.e. Ontario Seniors Nutrition and Advocacy committee, Canadian Malnutrition Task Force LTC working group, and Gerontology network LTC working group.
