Danielle Sinden, is the Director of the Centre of Excellence at Perley Health, one of Ontario’s largest and most innovative long-term care communities. Danny joined Perley Health in 2016 and has played an integral role in the establishment of the Perley Health Centre of Excellence in Frailty-Informed Care™. The Centre of Excellence aims to set a new benchmark in seniors' care, facilitating research that fuels innovation in education, evidence-informed practices, and knowledge translation. With more than 15 years’ experience in health system leadership, Danny specializes in applied research, knowledge mobilization and innovation to enhance care for Seniors and Veterans. She is a respected advocate for frailty-informed approaches that bridge research and real-world practice.
