This presentation will educate delegates on the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMMP) as an effective recruitment tool for employers. The hiring of displaced internationally trained healthcare workers through the EMPP can be an important contribution to building a stable and growing workforce within the sector. Talent Beyond Boundaries has worked with employers to relocate skilled refugees to fill healthcare roles in Canada, the UK, and Australia, and other occupations vital to the sector can also be relocated through these programs, including dietary aides and housekeepers. Attendees will gain valuable insight into how they can engage with existing partners to utilize the HR solutions presented in their organizations.
