IMAGINE by AgeCare is a culture change initiative dedicated to embedding person-centered care in our practices. This session offers an overview of our applied learning approach, where the IMAGINE team engages staff across multiple AgeCare sites in a three-day training. The training progressively builds on key learnings, preparing staff to implement new techniques, strategies, and ways of providing care.
