Supporting the mental health needs and quality of life for residents with dementia is an important goal for long-term care homes. There are several different programs and services available across Ontario to help LTC homes achieve this goal. For this workshop, we have gathered a panel to present a stepped care model for the care of residents in LTCH with dementia and responsive behaviours.
