CABHI is a solution accelerator dedicated to driving innovation in the aging and brain health sector. Through CABHI’s Discover + Adopt (D+A) Program, healthcare organizations gain access to funding, capacity building, networking, and more. Recognizing the barriers to sourcing, testing, and adopting innovations, this workshop will build off D+A and guide delegates through the implementation journey, including how to take a proactive and systematic approach to introducing innovation in their settings. The workshop will offer resources to activate change, spotlight a real-world implementation project, and get organizations closer to using innovation to enhance resident experience and quality of care.
