Johan Chen is the Project Manager of the Discover + Adopt Program at the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI). He completed his undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at McMaster University and a Master Business Administration in Healthcare Management at New England College. He is an experienced project manager having worked on multiple projects in various sectors such as long-term care, dementia strategy planning, primary care, French language services, and health services planning. He is passionate about dementia care, long-term care, and brain health initiatives such as research, innovation, increasing quality of care and life, and increasing accessibility to resources and services.
