Stacey Scaman is one of the Corporate Dietitian Consultants at Seasons Care Dietitian Network, leading and supporting Long-Term Care organizations. Along with providing clinical nutrition & food service support to LTC Dietitians and Nutrition Managers, she assists with policy, procedure and program planning and provides guidance and education to Long Term Care Homes Ontario wide. She is a lead support of the Ontario Seniors Nutrition & Advocacy Committee (OSNAC) and the Food & Nutrition Advisory Team (FNAT). These groups advocate for improved nutrition & dietary standards for our Seniors living in LTC. Stacey has been honored to have received awards for innovation, creativity and excellence in the field of seniors’ nutrition, including the Marie Taylor Award of excellence in LTC.
