Ben Robert is a family physician working in the Ottawa area and earned his medical degree in 1986. He has been practicing LTC medicine for over 25 years. He is the Chief Medical Officer for Perley Health, a 450 bed LTC home. He serves on the Board of the Ontario Long-Term Care Clinicians as past – president. Through the leader route, he has received additional qualifications in Care for the Elderly and Palliative Care. He remains active at the local, regional, and provincial level advocating for the best possible care for people living in LTC.
