Anita Roopani, RN, BScN, M.Ed., is a Palliative Clinical Coach dedicated to enhancing palliative care across Ontario. She supports the provincial implementation of the Palliative Health Service Delivery Framework, focusing on the Model of Care (MOC) to improve access, quality, and coordination of palliative services. With over a decade of experience as a Palliative Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Integrated Long-Term Care Program and as a Palliative Pain & Symptom Management Consultant, Anita is passionate about advancing palliative care education and system-wide improvements. She actively leads initiatives across various organizations, driving meaningful change in palliative care delivery. Anita holds a BScN from Toronto Metropolitan University and an M.Ed. from the University of Toronto. Beyond her professional work, she values time with loved ones and embraces personal growth through new challenges.
