There may be companies soliciting our participants by offering to access to Together We Care 2026 Convention distribution/Member List or discounted hotel room rates. TWC has no arrangement with any external organizations and we encourage you forward any emails of concern to togetherwecareexpo@andlogistix.com. Companies who have contacted our participants in the past include PRO LEAD SELECTION, VISTORSDATA and THE TRADESHOW COMPANY.

Exhibits Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received before February 3, 2026 will be subject to a $100 admin fee.
- No refunds will be made after February 3, 2026.
- If we have not received full payment by February 1, 2026, your booth space may be cancelled at the discretion of the Together We Care 2026 Organizing Committee.
