Judy has been integral to the success of Jarlette Health Services for over 24 years, most recently in her current role as Director of People, Engagement and Culture (PEC). A Registered Nurse with 30 years experience, she has held many roles, including Director of Care, Administrator and Director of Long-Term Care Operations. Known for her tenacious commitment to excellence, she is passionate about senior living, service improvement and ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
Her professional expertise spans quality improvement and clinical excellence, risk management, financial management, policy development and human resources.
As Director of People, Engagement and Culture, Judy leads efforts to strengthen the team member onboarding experience and engagement programs. She also leads the organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, which engage residents, family and team members as a community, with an emphasis on celebrating the dignity of everyone who lives and works in a senior living community.
