Alicja Bidzinska is the Vice President of Clinical Services at Kindera™ Living, where she provides clinical leadership and strategic oversight across multiple long-term care homes.
With over 30 years of healthcare experience, she is passionate about advancing person-centred care, strengthening clinical practice, and mentoring care teams. Since joining Kindera™ Living at its launch in 2011, Alicja has progressed from Director of Care to senior leadership, playing a key role in shaping quality and care standards across the organization.
Her background includes nursing education with a Neuro-Psychiatric focus, along with additional training in Gerontology and Health Management.
