Having grown up immersed in senior living, she has progressed from frontline roles to local, regional, and executive leadership positions. Currently, as President of Opdam & Co. Consulting, she works with operators to support new development, service modeling, compliance, operations and strategic planning. Stephanie is passionate about leveraging her experience and expertise to enhance the quality of life and experiences of seniors.
