Her career spans frontline roles to senior leadership positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations across Ontario and British Columbia. She possesses deep expertise in staff recruitment, training, quality improvement, and operational management. Certified as a Gerontological Nurse since 2004, she is committed to evidence-based, compassionate care and is passionate about mentorship, workforce development, and enhancing the quality of life for older adults.
