As a senior leader in healthcare with over 15 years of experience primarily in senior care, Kerri has dedicated her career to driving organizational performance, strengthening leadership culture, and transforming systems across complex, multi-site environments. Her passion lies from a client centred model where aligning strategy, people, and operations to create clarity, accountability, and sustainable results for the people she serves.

Kerri is currently the Vice President of Operations at Sienna Senior Living where she oversees multiple long term care homes across Ontario. She is also a Board Director for Community Living Burlington and a member of the governance committee.

Kerri holds a Master’s Degree in (Healthcare) Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts (Sociology) from York University, and a Diploma in Social Service (Worker) from Humber College. Kerri is also a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) from the Canadian College of Healthcare Leaders.
