Catherine is recognized for her creativity, innovative problem-solving, and her ability to enhance collaboration in complex environments. Deeply committed to advancing equity, inclusion, and diversity in organizational culture, she has consistently championed approaches that empower people and strengthen communities. Residing in Listowel, Ontario with her husband, two children, and two dogs, Catherine also contributes to the arts through her active involvement in the local theatre guild.
