As President of Prima Living, Najib Raie leads a growing portfolio of senior living communities across Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, he specializes in structuring, scaling, and optimizing organizations and partnerships across North America.

Najib brings deep expertise in senior care, healthcare acquisitions, asset development, and operational integration. He has successfully led strategic partnerships, public-private initiatives, and M&A projects from concept to execution. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration—consistently focused on elevating the quality of care across Prima Living’s health and senior care divisions.

Najib currently serves as Director at Large on the Board of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) and previously served as a Board Member of the BC Senior Living Association (BCSLA). He holds an MBA from the University of Victoria, a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University, and a Diploma in Project Management from the University of British Columbia.
