Attendees will learn about the academy's approach to introducing diverse, appealing recipes and flavors, directly elevating the dining quality and resident satisfaction.
2.    Service Excellence – Sienna Value Based Dining Standards: Discover our three innovative initiatives designed to infuse mealtime with joy and efficiency. Comic Style Education engages staff in a fun, memorable way, Happy Hour Huddles promote team bonding and service cohesion, and Sweet & Salty Debriefs ensure continuous improvement through reflective practice. These standards showcase how thoughtful service can significantly enhance the dining atmosphere.
